Return & Exchanges Policy
If, for any reason, you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us. We will replace it, exchange it, or refund the price that was paid. Merchandise purchased on this site can be shipped to the address on your packing slip (this may be different for each shipment you receive) within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip included in your shipment.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  1. Non-Refundable Items a. Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including grocery and supplement, gift cards, clearance items, and final sale items.

  2. Refund Process a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).

  3. Refund Issuance a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
